learning

  • —going fully agent-first — no ide day to day, codex + claude code in terminals, zed only when i need to sit in a file myself
  • —running agents on remote dev boxes instead of locally; t3code for driving them when i'm away from a terminal
  • —shadcn-free design — vanilla css custom properties + manrope is enough for most dashboards
